SANTOPRENE™ 101-87

SANTOPRENE™ 101-87 by Celanese is a hard, versatile, black-colored polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Provides good physical properties. Exhibits chemical- and excellent ozone resistance. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and shear-dependent.

Suitable for processing by co-extrusion, vacuum-, thermoforming, blow-, multi injection molding, profile-, blow- and sheet extrusion.
Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance.
Used in appliance components, automotive applications like air induction system ducts, plugs, bumpers, grommets, electrical parts, diaphragms, clips, seals and gaskets, consumer applications, living hinges, outdoor applications and tubing.
SANTOPRENE™ 101-87 complies with UL 94 HB flame rating and RoHS.
