SANTOPRENE™ 111-35

SANTOPRENE™ 111-35 by Celanese is a polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Shows good physical properties and exhibits chemical- and excellent ozone resistance. It is soft, versatile, black-colored resin and it is recyclable within the manufacturing stream. It is shear-dependent and suitable for processing by injection-, multi-injection molding. Recommended for applications requiring high-flow materials. Used in automotive applications like plugs, bumpers, grommets, clips, seals and gaskets, construction applications, cell phones, printer parts and sporting goods. SANTOPRENE™ 111-35 complies with RoHS and UL94 HB flame rating.
