SANTOPRENE™ 121-58W175 by Celanese is a polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Possesses good physical properties and softness. Exhibits ozone and chemical resistance. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream, shear-dependent and suitable for processing by profile- and sheet extrusion. Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance. Designed for improved UV resistance and for extruding thin wall sections with excellent definition (down to 0.33mm radius) and to maximize run length with minimal build-up of material on screen packs or narrow sections of dies. Used in automotive applications like weather seals, exterior trim and outdoor applications. SANTOPRENE™ 121-58W175 complies with RoHS.
