SANTOPRENE™ 121-80B200 by Celanese is a soft polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Exhibits UV resistance, high gloss and high flexibility. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream. Shows better adhesion on a small contact area, such as for weatherbseals with thin lips or complex geometry. SANTOPRENE™ 121-80B200 is shear-dependent and suitable for processing by injection-, multi-injection molding. Used in automotive weather-seal and outdoor applications. It is RoHS compliant grade.
