AVALON® 60 AE-ESD

AVALON® 60 AE-ESD by Huntsman TPU is a soft, antistatic, polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. It is free of halogen and plasticizer. Shows superior bonding to Polyurethane (PU), flex performance, high elasticity across the entire hardness range, resilience to oils, greases and numerous solvents, good flexibility over a wide temperature range, robust processing. Exhibits outstanding abrasion-, excellent slip- and oil resistance, pleasant tactile properties, easy processability, recyclability and colorability. It delivers improved bonding strength and mechanical properties required to produce high quality footwear on roundtable machines. Suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 60 AE-ESD is used in footwear applications like outsoles, inlay soles, TPU/PU and components. It is a RoHS and REACH compliant grade.
