AVALON® 65 AK-ESD

AVALON® 65 AK-ESD by Huntsman TPU is a soft, antistatic, halogen & phthalate free, polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Possesses high flow, shows superior bonding to Polyurethane (PU), good flexibility over a wide temperature range, flex performance, pleasant tactile properties, colorability, robust processing and exhibits outstanding abrasion-, excellent slip- and oil resistance. It delivers improved bonding strength and mechanical properties required to produce high quality footwear on roundtable machines. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 65 AK-ESD is used in footwear applications like outsoles, inlay soles, TPU/PU and components. It is a RoHS and REACH compliant grade.
