Medalist® MD-12150H

Medalist® MD-12150H by Teknor Apex is an unfilled, halogen-free, chemical resistant, resilient, high performance thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It exhibits good colorability, flexibility, moldability, sterilizability and toughness. It possesses high flow, low density, low specific gravity and medium hardness. This grade is radiation (gamma) resistant and autoclave and ethylene oxide sterilized. Medalist® MD-12150H can be processed using injection and multi-injection molding. It is recommended for bladders, bushings, connectors, disposable hospital goods, flexible grips, grommets, handles and knobs. It is also designed for pharmaceutical, plugs, rubber replacement, seals, medial and healthcare applications. It is RoHS compliant with ISO 10993 part 5 and ISO 13485 agency ratings.
