Medalist® MD-12344 by Teknor Apex is a halogen-free, chemical resistant thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade with low density and specific gravity. This grade is autoclave and ethylene oxide sterilized & radiation (gamma) resistant. It exhibits good adhesion, colorability, processability, sterilizability and medium hardness. It offers high elasticity and tensile strength. It can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. Medalist® MD-12344 is recommended for flexible grips, handles, rubber replacement, pharmaceuticals, medical and healthcare applications. It is ROHS compliant with agency ratings ISO 10993 Part 5 and ISO 13485.
