Medalist® MD-36342 by Teknor Apex is a conformable, E-beam sterilizable, crack resistant, halogen-free, high performance thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance, good toughness, low density and low hardness. It possesses good bondability, colorability, flexibility, flow, moldability and scratch resistance. It can be processed using injection overmolding. Medalist® MD-36342 is recommended for gaskets, medical, healthcare and soft touch applications. It is RoHS compliant with agency ratings ISO 10993 Part 5 and ISO 13485.
