FARBOSET® 2472V0 by Cosmic Plastics is a novolac epoxy grade reinforced with mineral. Exhibits fast cure rates, excellent moldability, excellent thermal shock- and moisture resistance. Offers high glass transition temperature for optimum reliability performance. Provides low viscosity (long spiral flow) and allows the molding of delicate components in large & multi-cavity molds. FARBOSET® 2472V0 is designed for the encapsulation of devices including capacitors, resistors, resistor networks, relays and high performance coils. Complies with ISO 9001:2008 regulation and UL-94 (V0) flame rating.
