BLUESIL™ ESA 7242 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component, heat curing liquid silicone elastomer that crosslinks by a polyaddition reaction. It is well suited for applications that require a heat curable silicone elastomer for potting of electronics. This product is used in power supplies, sensors, transformers, high voltage modulators, electrical controls and connectors. BLUESIL™ ESA 7242 A/B is suitable for high voltage resistor packs, relays, amplifiers and general potting material. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
