BLUESIL™ RTV 3542 HV A/B

BLUESIL™ RTV 3542 HV A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, high viscosity, silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction (1:1 ratio). It offers excellent reproduction of details, good mechanical properties, low linear shrinkage and high resistance to inorganic chemicals & UV rays. It displays no release of toxic substances during and after curing. This product provides good release properties with organic resins & gypsum and longer working time. It is formulated to produce molds for manufacturing copies in different materials (resins, gypsum) when high hardness and good elasticity are required. It can be also used for the production of printing pads or printing rollers. The shelf life of BLUESIL™ RTV 3542 HV A/B is 12 months.
