BLUESIL™ TCS 7534 A/B

BLUESIL™ TCS 7534 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component heat curing liquid silicone elastomer that cures by a polyaddition reaction. It offers excellent adhesion to woven and non-woven substrates. It has low viscosity and is easily pumpable to sustain high coating speed. It allows low coat weights and the addition of fillers & pigments. It shows a fast cure at elevated temperature, long bath life at room temperature(>16 hr), high bond strength without primer on textiles (PA, PET, glass fabric) and high insulation & fire resistance properties. BLUESIL™ TCS 7534 A/B is specially engineered for textiles coating applications. It is also used in the coating of airbag fabric and technical fabrics for insulation, safety & protection. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
