Proxima® HPR 2100

Proxima® HPR 2100 by Materia is an ultra low viscosity, two-part olefin thermoset system created with proprietary blends of DCPD & other co-monomers and additives. Provides most superior toughness performance, good stiffness and glass transition temperature. It features heat tolerance & processability of thermoset, excellent impact strength & damage tolerance of thermoplastic, as well as low moisture absorption and corrosion resistance of fluoropolymer. Possible applications include automotive, electrical/ electronics, industrial infrastructure, oil & gas, transportation and wind energy. Suitable for fabrication by reaction injection molding, resin transfer molding, vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding and rotomolding. Proxima® HPR 2100 is designed to be an alternative for traditional resins including epoxy, vinyl ester and polyester resins.
