NITRIFLEX NP-2007

NITRIFLEX NP-2007 by Nitriflex is a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer with medium acrylonitrile content and high mooney viscosity. It contains calcium carbonate as partitioning agent. Provides easy processing and high performance during dynamic process. Suitable for processing by conventional molding, extrusion and calendaring. NITRIFLEX NP-2007 is used to modify friction materials in combination with phenolic resins in wet and set-wet processes (solvent based). Main applications include brake linings and clutch facing applications.
