SABIC® BR 4010

SABIC® BR 4010 by SABIC is a nickel catalyst based, high cis-1,4 polybutadiene rubber (PBR) with low mooney viscosity. It is manufactured by solution polymerization process. It is stabilized with a non-staining antioxidant. Exhibits good low temperature properties, low cold flow, excellent filler dispersion, low die-swell and shorter mixing cycles. Provides good abrasion resistance, excellent flex cracking resilience and good dimensional control. SABIC® BR 4010 is recommended for tire tread, sidewall & carcass, conveyor belt coverings and shoe sole. It can be used in hoses, tube covers, mechanical and sporting goods.
