Millathane® 66M (Premilled)

Millathane® 66M (Premilled) is a peroxide-curable, millable polyester polyurethane (PU) rubber grade by TSE Industries, containing 1.5 phr of polymeric carbodiimide hydrolysis stabilizer. Compounding of active fillers like carbon black or fumed silica increases mechanical strength. Offers low compression set, low gas permeability, excellent low & high temperature performance and high mechanical strength. Provides oil-, fuel-, chemical-, excellent abrasion-, very good heat- and high chemical resistance. Millathane® 66M (Premilled) is suitable for processing by vulcanization, compression, transfer or injection molding. Calendered sheets could be pressed or roto-cured. It is used in seals, gaskets, o-rings, membranes, CV-boots, dust covers, mounts and bearings for the automotive industry and for many other hydraulic or pneumatic applications. Recommended for rollers and flippers for office machines and drive belts for audio & video equipments.
