Ultrason® Dimension E1010 G9 SW 10112

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by BASF
Ultrason® Dimension E1010 G9 SW 10112 is a medium viscosity polyethersulfone (PESU) grade reinforced with 45 % glass fiber. Is a high-temperature resistant, good flow amorphous grade. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Exhibits easy processability, high rigidity, high stiffness (at temperatures between 120°C -220°C), high mechanical strength, good dielectric properties, excellent hydrolysis resistance, good dimensional stability and good electrical insulating capacity. The new material is stronger and an alternative to polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grades. The plastic part produced by the material does not require subsequent finishing with a drill or milling tool as compared to a metal (aluminum) counterpart. Is suitable for food contact. Used in form of pistons, switches, gears, automotive construction, in the food and household sectors and in membranes used for water filtration.
