POLYFLON™ PTFE F-104U

POLYFLON™ PTFE F-104U by Daikin is a soft, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) homopolymer grade. Exhibits high thermal stability- and chemical stability, low coefficient of friction, high heat- and chemical resistance. Possesses electrical-, mechanical- and non-stick properties, excellent low temperature strength, dielectric characteristics, low reactivity and it is suitable for extrusion processes. Recommended for unsintered tapes, sealing tapes, low specific gravity tapes, flat cables, expanded and co-axial cables. POLYFLON™ PTFE F-104U complies with FDA 21 CFR.177.1550, ISO 9001 (Quality System), ISO 14001 (Environmental System) and Responsible Care 14001 (Safety, Health, Environment and Security).
