THERMEC™ K by Domo is polyetheretherketone (PEEK) solution blended with a solid polymeric lubricant. It is a cost-efficient product developed to replace polyamide-imides (PAI) without impacting performance. Suitable for industrial applications including bushings & bearings, aerospace parts, pump & valve components, medical instrument parts and food processing machinery components. Suggested for use when low coefficient of friction at temperatures up to 200°C and resistance to high load-bearing conditions is required. Offers good chemical resistance, mechanical strength, strong wear/ abrasion & fatigue resistance and dielectric strength. THERMEC™ K is designed for processing by injection molding.
