ELVAX™ 150

ELVAX™ 150 by Dow is an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade, filled with 32%wt vinyl acetate comonomer content. Contains butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) antioxidant as a thermal stabilizer. Exhibits flex crack resistance, excellent clarity, cling, impact- and puncture resistance. Offers flexibility, resilience, environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) and is lightweight, favorable value-in-use and economics. Designed for injection molding, structural foam molding, sheet and shape extrusion, blow molding and wire coating. ELVAX™ 150 is recommended for industrial applications. it can be used as strippable semi-conductor insulation shields. Suitable for sealants, extremely tough, heat resistant jackets for automotive ignition and low-smoke cables. Complies with Food and Drug Administration Regulation 21 CFR 177.1350(a)(1).
