ELVAX™ 150W

ELVAX 150W by Dow is a high clarity ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade filled with 32% vinyl acetate comonomer content. Contains butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) antioxidant as a thermal stabilizer and amide additive. Exhibits flex crack-, cling-, impact- and puncture resistance. Can be processed by wire coating, injection-, structural foam- and blow molding. Used as strippable semi-conductor insulation shields. Suitable for extremely tough, heat resistant jackets for automotive ignition and low-smoke cables. ELVAX 150W is recommended for industrial applications. Complies with Food and Drug Administration Regulation 21 CFR 177.1350(a)(1).
