Eastar™ Copolyester EB062 by Eastman is a polyester resin. It has excellent colorability, effective barrier properties and has extremely high melt strength. It also offers good impact strength, chemical resistance, stiffness and toughness. Products made from this resin have good aesthetics such as high clarity and gloss, coupled with design flexibility. Eastar™ copolyester EB062 runs on most standard processing equipment and is easy to extrude, cut, print, and seal. It is suited for extrusion blow molding applications such as personal care bottles and cosmetic packaging. Eastar™ Copolyester EB062 is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 51 for Food Equipment Materials and is GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED® and CRADLE TO CRADLE CERTIFIEDcm Silver.
