TECACOMP® PEEK TRM PVX black 1046944 by Ensinger is polyetheretherketone (PEEK) compound reinforced with graphite, PTFE and carbon fiber. Exhibits very good bearing and wear properties. It is optimized for tribology and mechanics. Designed for plastic components exposed to high levels of mechanical stress. Used in automotive industry and mechanical engineering applications such as piston sleeve DSG gearbox, sliding block for vehicle seat adjustment and divert air valve. Provides consistent property profile and stable surface structure, as well as an absence of optical faults in applications subject to high loads. TECACOMP® PEEK TRM PVX black 1046944 is suitable for processing by injection molding.
