HIPOLEN P TM 2G

HIPOLEN P TM 2G by Hipol is a high flow polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade with narrow molecular weight distribution. Stabilized by anti-gas-fading formulation, which provides high color stability and medium UV resistance to end products. It can be processed using fiber extrusion. HIPOLEN P TM 2G is suitable for unbulked or bulked multifilaments and spunbonded nonwovens (produced at high spinning speeds), CF and BCF multifilament for carpets, woven and non-woven multifilament for packages and various articles for automotive industry (bonded by mechanical needling and thermal or chemical bonding) and spunbonded fabrics for sanitary and medical applications. It can be bonded by mechanical needling and thermal or chemical bonding. Spunbonded fabrics made from TM 2G are characterized by excellent tensile, tear and burst strength and very good balance of thickness-weight-porosity properties.
