KURARAY POVAL™ 28-98 DB by Kuraray is a water soluble, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) defoamed grade. Exhibits good cohesion, good adhesion to fiber, filler and pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 28-98 DB is recommended as a binder and as a protective colloid for emulsion polymerization. It is manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
