KURARAY POVAL™ 3-85 S4 by Kuraray is a water soluble, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) fine powder grade. It is manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. Exhibits uniform chemical structure, good cohesion, good adhesion to fiber, fillers and pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 3-85 S4 is recommended for the modification of emulsion adhesives, protective colloid emulsion for polymerization and raw material for PVOH film. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
