LATILON 28D G/20-V0

LATILON 28D G/20-V0 by LATI is a bromine, chlorine and halogen based flame retardant polycarbonate (PC) based compound reinforced with 20% glass fibers. Is a cost efficient polyester, exhibiting a low tendency to form crystalline areas with dyphenilic unit in the molecule. Provides good mechanical properties, fluidity, high impact-, chemical-, ageing-resistance and stiffness. Possesses high dimensional stability, good UV resistance, low smoke density, low toxicity index and low moisture absorption. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Parts made from LATILON 28D G/20-V0 is not suitable for use in contact with hot water (above 50°C). LATILON 28D G/20-V0 is used in automotive, precision mechanics, household appliances, electronics and biobased applications. Complies with UL94 V-0 flame rating.
