LUVOCOM® 1/XCF/30 by Lehmann & Voss is an electrically conductive, heat stabilized polyamide 66 reinforced with carbon fiber. It exhibits low coefficient of thermal expansion and reduced moment of inertia compared with metal parts. It is available in natural and black color. This grade is suitable for very strong & stiff parts and continuous discharging of statically-generated electricity. Also, used in highly dimensional stable precision parts with low warpage & narrow tolerance range. It is processed by injection molding. LUVOCOM® 1/XCF/30 is used in gear parts for automotive appliances, control disks, cams, sliding elements, automotive industry, textile & office machinery, apparatus and precision engineering.
