LUVOCOM® 1100-8549 by Lehmann & Voss is a lubricant modified, polyethersulfone reinforced with carbon fiber & polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It exhibits low thermal coefficient of expansion and improved friction & wear behavior. LUVOCOM® 1100-8549 is optimized for dry running operations. It is suitable for strong & stiff parts and highly dimensional stable precision parts. It is designed for injection molding applications. Applicable for apparatus- & precision engineering, film- & photo industry, sporting- & leisure goods, medical- & electrical engineering and aircraft- & aerospace industry. Also, used in strong & stiff and dynamically-stressed parts moving at high velocity like control disks, cams, sliding elements and other duty parts.
