LUVOCOM® 20-7094

LUVOCOM® 20-7094 by Lehmann & Voss is an electrically conductive, polyphthalamide grade reinforced with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and carbon fiber. It is processed by injection molding. It exhibits improved friction & wear behavior and low coefficient of thermal expansion. LUVOCOM® 20-7094 shows low influence from moisture and temperature on dimensional stability and electrical properties, compared with PA66. It is optimized for dry running operations. This grade is suitable for strong & stiff parts and continuous discharging of statically-generated electricity. Recommended for metal inserts, bearings, sleeves, sliding elements, control disks, gear wheels, duty parts in switches, textile & office machinery, automotive industry, apparatus and precision engineering.
