MIPELON™ PM-200 is a self-lubricating, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grade by Mitsui Chemicals. It is an easy to mold grade with high durability and uniform dispersion. Possesses uniform & smooth surface and exceptional mechanical strength. Exhibits low water absorption, good impact strength and innovative processability. Provides superb chemical-, abrasion-, heat- and water resistance. MIPELON™ PM-200 functions as a micro-bearing particle inside grease and decreases the coefficient of friction and sliding property. Prevents film blocking and bleed out over time, unlike other slipping agents. It can be used for food applications.
