Nemcon™ H PC/ABS DP188 by Ovation Polymers is a thermally- and electrically conductive polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) alloy. Offers easy processability, good surface finish, good heat dissipation properties, good corrosion resistance, high dielectric strength and good mechanical properties. Nemcon™ H PC/ABS DP188 can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Possible applications include electronic applications such as heat sinks, housings & enclosures, interface materials, chipsets, IC assembly & connectors, automotive applications such as under-hood components, radiator end caps, fuel pumps, hybrid & electric vehicles & fuel cells, industrial applications such as coils, pumps, motors & armatures, transformers, heating and cooling applications such as heat exchangers, radiant heating, pipe & tubing, HVAC and medical applications such as devices & instrument housings.
