Nemcon™ H PC DP111/X1 by Ovation Polymers is a thermally conductive polycarbonate (PC) grade. Exhibits high heat deflection temperature, good processability and ESD control. Offers good surface finish, good heat dissipation properties, good corrosion resistance, high dielectric strength and good mechanical properties. Nemcon™ H PC DP111/X1 can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Recommended for ESD-safe housings for use in aggressive thermal environments, ESD assemblies for use in power assemblies and board level ESD control components.
