Alkatane® HD5148

Alkatane® HD5148 is a high density polyethylene grade. It is suitable for blow molding applications. Allows maximum production efficiency of reduced weight containers where ESCR is not a requirement. Used in high speed reciprocating screw blow molders and for the manufacture of milk bottles, cream containers, fruit juice and cordial bottles. Complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a and AS2070-1999 section 4.1.1(a).
