ESD A 2500

ESD A 2500 by RTP Company is a polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) alloy. It exhibits colorability, good processability, toughness even at low temperatures, dimensional stability. It provides high heat distortion temperature, low temperature impact resistance, poor chemical resistance & weatherability and low fatigue endurance. It offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and static dissipative compatibility. It can be processed using injection molding. It is recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics and industrial applications. ESD A 2500 is used in instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics and electrostatic painting.
