RTP 199 X 127145 F is a chemically coupled, flame retardant and light weighted polypropylene (PP) grade, reinforced with glass fiber. Exhibits excellent chemical resistance, good tensile and flexural strength, rigidity, dimensional stability and heat- and warpage resistance and easy processing and possesses good mechanical properties. Designed for injection molding process. Possible applications are manufacture of LI-ION battery module, real estate sign frame, windshield repair fixture, skateboard, canoe seat, ATEX compliant pump, float switch, magnetic drive pump housing, television chassis, pool umbrella clamp, birdbath, barbecue grill light, combine chaff filter and ultrasonic cleaner. Complies with UL 94 V-0 and 5VA Flame Rating.
