ULTEM™ Resin 1010FC

ULTEM™ Resin 1010FC is an amorphous, transparent, flame retardant polyetherimide (PEI) grade. Offers good flow, excellent dimensional stability and easy processability with low toxicity and smoke evolution. Provides long-term heat resistance and stability of physical and mechanical properties at elevated temperatures with high stiffness, modulus and strength up to 200 °C. Retains strength and resists stress cracking when exposed to automotive, aircraft and hydrolytic fluids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, acids and weak aqueous solutions. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Is UL rated (94V-0, 94V-2 and 94-5VA). Complies with RoHS, US FDA and EU Food Contact regulations.
