ULTEM™ resin AUR202G6

ULTEM™ resin AUR202G6 by SABIC is an amorphous, 30% milled glass filled, non-chlorinated & non brominated flame retardant polyetherimide (PEI) grade. It offers enhanced flow, chemical resistance, low warpage, low smoke and toxicity. It exhibits low ionics, outgassing, liquid particle count and dimensional stability.

It provides high stiffness, strength, high temperature resistance with no intentionally added PFAS.
It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
ULTEM™ resin AUR202G6 is used in automotives EV.
It is ECO conforming and complies with UL 94 V-0 and 5VA flame rating.
