ULTEM™ resin 2210R (Americas)

ULTEM™ resin 2210R (Americas) by SABIC is a 20% glass fiber reinforced, polyetherimide (PEI) resin. It is an amorphous, flame retardant, general purpose grade. Provides good flow, internal mold release, low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage and good metal adhesion. Suitable for processing by injection molding. It offers excellent dimensional- & hydrolytic stability, high stiffness, strength and easy processability along with low toxicity and smoke characteristics. Exhibits high heat- & chemical resistance and mechanical properties in broad temperatures ranges. ULTEM™ resin 2210R (Americas) is designed for aircraft interiors, defense, semiconductors, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, personal accessory, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, electronic material handling, electrical components & infrastructure, personal recreation, composite, automotive under the hood and electronic material. It is also used in commercial appliance, recreational vehicle, mass transportation, industrial, automotive, electrical & electronics, consumer, hydrocarbon and energy. Complies with UL 94 V-0 & 5VA flame rating and conforms to ECO regulations.
