ULTEM™ Resin 2212EPR

ULTEM™ Resin 2212EPR is an amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) grade reinforced with 20% milled glass. Contains internal mold release and offers high flow, excellent dimensional stability and easy processability with low toxicity, smoke evolution and enhanced electroplatability. Provides long-term heat resistance and stability of physical and mechanical properties at elevated temperatures with high stiffness and strength up to 200 °C. Retains strength and resists stress cracking when exposed to automotive, aircraft and hydrolytic fluids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, acids and weak aqueous solutions. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Is UL rated, 94V-0 and 94-5VA. Complies with ECO regulations.
