ULTEM™ resin 6202 (Europe) by SABIC is an amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin filled with 12% silica. It is flame retardant and suitable for processing by injection molding. Exhibits standard flow, good wear-, chemical and high heat resistance. It provides high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, good mechanicals in broad temperature range, low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion, high strength, and good dimensional stability. ULTEM™ resin 6202 (Europe) is used in electrical devices & displays, electronic material handling, electrical components & infrastructure and industrial applications. It is UL 94 V-0 flame rated and ECO conforming.
