ULTEM™ resin SF2255 (Asia)

ULTEM™ resin SF2255 (Asia) by SABIC is a flame retardant, amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) blend filled with 20% glass fiber. Possesses high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, low smoke & toxicity and good mechanical properties in broad temperature range. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Exhibits super high flow, glass transition temperature of 217°C, good internal mold release and ductility. Offers good chemical resistance, low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion and high heat resistance. Designed for thin wall applications. It has high strength and good dimensional stability. ULTEM™ resin SF2255 (Asia) is used in electrical devices, displays & components, electrical infrastructure and electronic material handling.
