ESCONTEK® SP-SCXL-8888-H

ESCONTEK® SP-SCXL-8888-H is a semi-conductive, cross-linkable polyethylene compound. Exhibits very high resistance to scorch, easy processability, bondability and low volume resistivity. Can be processed using extrusion. Recommended for conductor shielding & insulation shielding for medium voltage power cables upto 36 kV. Cables manufactured with SP-SCXL-8888-H conductor shields & insulation shields are rated for 90°C continuous service and 130°C overload temperature. Meets industrial cable specifications including IEC 60502-2, AEIC CS7 & CS8, BS 6622, NFC 33-223, HD 620, HD 632, ICEA S-93-639 and NEMA WC 74.
