Kalix® 9945 BK000 HFFR

Kalix® 9945 BK000 HFFR is a halogen-free, flame retardant (UL-94 V0 at 0.4mm) polyamide grade reinforced with 45% glass fiber. Is suitable for injection molding application. Is a paintable and platable grade. Exhibits good dimensional stability, good impact resistance, good surface finish, high stiffness, high strength, fast molding cycle, hot water moldability and low warpage. Is suitable for use in components requiring superior mechanical properties, excellent surface quality and excellent flammability rating. Recommended for mobile electronics industry like cell phones, thin-walled parts, electrical parts, electrical and electronic applications.
