Torlon® AI-10 LM

Torlon® AI-10 LM by Syensqo is a flame retardant, polyamide-imide (PAI) yellow colored powder. Is produced using the monomers and polymerization system with optimized manufacturing process to reduce the amount of residual methylene dianiline (MDA) monomer below the 1000 ppm action level specified in various hazard communication regulations. Is suitable for coating and solution processing. Coatings based on the grade yield durable, abrasion resistant and thermally stable films. Exhibits good adhesion, good chemical resistance, high heat resistance, water solubility and resistance to organic solvents. Torlon® AI-10 LM is used in binders and coating applications.
