Synthos EPS® RP33W

Synthos EPS® RP33W by Synthos Group is a light-weight and free flowing expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade containing reduced level of pentane. Exhibits good mechanical & impact properties, short cycle time & conditioning time and high density. Offers more controllable pre-expansion and short silo maturing times and is adapted to batch expanders. It is insoluble in water and soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents & ketones. Can be processed using foaming and high speed injection molding. EPS RP33W is recommended for food contact applications, shape molded packaging including home appliances and high quality block applications. Synthos EPS® RP33W complies with RoHS, WEEE, EC Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), 1272/2008 (CLP) and (EU) No 453/2010.
