Halguard® 58625

Halguard® 58625 by Teknor Apex is a low-cost HFFR (halogen-free flame retardant) grade. Exhibits enhanced flame retardance with low post-extrusion shrinkage. Offers reduced degree of stress imposed on sensitive optical fibers during post-extrusion temperature cycling and over time during end use. Suitable for fiber optic cable jackets. Recommended for cable use in mass transit, data centers, cell towers, and other infrastructure applications. Also suitable for outdoor use as it exhibits good sunlight resistance when tested per UL-1581. Halguard® 58625 meets stringent requirements for general-purpose applications.
