EMERGE™ PC/ABS 7700

EMERGE™ PC/ABS 7700 by Trinseo is a polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC + ABS) blend. It shows outstanding ignition- and UV resistance properties. It possesses excellent surface aesthetics. It is free from chlorinated or brominated based additives. It provides chemical resistance and excellent processabilty. EMERGE™ PC/ABS 7700 is used in wide range of equipment used in medical monitoring devices (housings & covers), electrical enclosures and business. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. A limited biocompatibility testing has been completed (ISO 10993 Parts 5 and 10) for this grade.
