Extir® VR A5000 AE

Extir® VR A5000 AE by Versalis Eni Group is a flame retardant expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade. Contains pentane as blowing agent and exhibits improved thermal conductivity. Designed for injection molding process. Extir® VR A5000 AE is suitable for production of low-medium density blocks for the thermal insulation sector. Recommended for construction sector. Typical applications are external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS), low density elastified blocks for impact sound absorption (Trittschall), void formers, trough formers & culvert formers cut from block and blocks & slabs for road foundations and civil construction. Complies with DIN 4102 Class B1.
